Thaw the product (for about 1 hour).
Mix 25 g of curry powder with vinegar, heat vegetable oil in frying pan, add finely chopped onion and fry on medium heat till golden brown.
Add in the curry and braise for 1 minute, stir continuously,
Add in the seafood, stir and braise till the ingredients are fully covered with the sauce.
Add tomato paste and stir.
Leave to cook for 15 minutes and the dish will be ready for serving.
